Remove Conversation Groups
Use Conversation Groups in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to remove selected conversation groups.
To use Conversation Groups in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To remove a conversation group:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a conversation group.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

Highlight the conversation group that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click
Remove
.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
