Display Prospect Cards of CRM Activities for Follow-Up

Use CRM Activities for Follow-Up to display prospect cards of CRM activities for follow-up.

To use CRM Activities for Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the prospect card of a CRM activity for follow-up:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > CRM Activities for Follow-Up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Prospect Card .
  4. You can view the prospect card in the bottom grid and manage client- and prospect-related information and activities.
