Remove Resources with No Connection to Jobs

Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to remove resources with no connection to selected jobs.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove resources with no connection to a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job with the assigned team from which you want to remove resources with no connection to the job.
4. Take one of the following actions:
   • Click Further options and select View job settings.
   • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar .
   • On the side toolbar, click Settings.
5. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Job team and click Remove resources with no connection to job .
