System Variable 1028: Allow to Add a User to a Task Even Though not Part of the Job Team

Use this System Variable to determine if users should be added to a task even if the user is not part of the job team.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, you can add a user to a task even if the user is not part of the task's job team.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
