Create Ticket Service Lines
Use Ticket Service Lines in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to create ticket service lines.
To use Ticket Service Lines in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To create a ticket service line:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a ticket service line.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

On the grid toolbar, click
Create a New Service Line
.
- To edit the Name, Emails to Recognition, and Failover Jobid fields, double-click on the corresponding field.
