Modify the Details of an Open Price Quote

Use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quote to modify price quote details.

To use the Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To modify the details of an open price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company whose records you want to find.
3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes.
4. In the grid, locate the open price quote that you want to modify, or use the search field, or filter option. For instructions, see Search for Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes or Use Filters to Search for Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes
5. Click the approval status cell.
6. In the Price Quote pane, make the necessary changes.
