Use this System Variable to determine if an administrator can move hours to a closed accounting period.

When this System Variable is enabled, administrators can move hours to a closed accounting period without encountering an error message.

This System Variable is disabled by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
