Search for Resources in the Job Resource Footer

Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to search for a resource in the resource footer of selected jobs.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a resource in the job resource footer:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job whose assigned team has the resource that you are looking for.
4. Take one of the following actions:
   • Click Further options and select View job settings.
   • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar .
   • On the side toolbar, click Settings.
5. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Job team and click Open resource footer .
6. On the toolbar of the Resource footer, use the Find resource field to enter a keyword associated with the resource.
