Agent Type 47 - Voucher Hot Folder Agent

Use Agent Type 47 - Voucher Hot Folder Agent to import voucher files from a user's external storage folder. This agent then creates a creditor invoice for each voucher file that is imported into WorkBook.

You can identify a different folder as the hot folder for each Company. You do this in Resources > Companies > Resource Information > Company Settings > Job Folders and Storage Providers.

Parameters

This agent has three parameters; however, because security is the responsibility of the storage provider, these parameters are no longer used.
