Enable Active Status of Monthly Checklist Items

Use Monthly Checklist in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of monthly checklist items.

To use Monthly Checklist in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a monthly checklist item:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings oage to select the Company that contains the monthly checklist item for which you want to enable the active status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Monthly Checklist.
  4. Highlight the monthly checklist item for which you want to enable the active status. and select the Active check box.
