System Variable 1127: Traffic Manager Will Receive Absence Notification for Absent Employees

Use this System Variable to dictate whether to notify Traffic Managers about absence entry approvals of employees.

When you enable this setting, WorkBook notifies the Traffic Manager about the approved absence. The notification is sent to the Traffic Manager's inbox.

Note: You can appoint the Traffic Manager for an employee via the Resource Information card.

Important: For this setting to work, you must first enable System Variable 1042 (Send an Absence Notification to your Own User and the Entry User When an Absence Entry is Approved).

This System Variable is enabled by default.
