Search for Items Connected to Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to search for items that are connected to subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an item that is connected to a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription item for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that has the connected item for which you are looking.
5. In the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the connected item.
