Use
Finance Account Group in the
Folders, Reports, & Documents submodule in the
Settings module to create a finance report group.
To use Finance Account Groups, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To add a finance report group:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to set up a finance report group.

In the left pane of the Settings page, click
.

On the grid toolbar, click
Add New Finance Report Group

In the Add New Finance Reporting Group dialog box, specify or select values for the
Group Name and
Type fields, and click
OK.
WorkBook displays the new report group in the grid.

Double-click the
Type cell to select a group type.

To define the account interval, click
Add
on the subgrid toolbar.

Note: You can add multiple account intervals in a finance report group.
