Search for Prices in Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to search for prices in subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search a price in a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription price for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that is connected to the item that has the price for which you are looking.
5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item that has the price for which you are looking.
6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
7. In the side bar, click the Subscription Price Matrix tab and use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the price.
