Search for Prices in Subscriptions

Use the Subscription Billing submodule to search for prices in subscriptions.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search a price in a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the subscription price that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription connected to the item with the price that you are looking for.
5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item with the price that you are looking for.
6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
7. In the side bar, click the Subscription Price Matrix tab and use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the price.
