Update Job Status Notes of Selected Jobs

Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to update the status notes of selected jobs.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update the status notes of a selected job:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job status notes that you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. Highlight the job whose status notes you want to update and on the grid toolbar, click Job settings .
  5. Click the Job Status tab and update the status notes and other fields, as necessary.
