Add Approvers to Creditor Invoices

Use Creditor Invoice Approval in the Approval submodule of the tasks module to add approvers to creditor invoices.

To use Creditor Invoice Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add an approver to a creditor invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Creditor Invoice Approval.
  3. Highlight the creditor invoice to which you want to add an approver.
  4. in the left pane of the bottom grid, click Approvers .
  5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, click Add Approver .
    Alternatively, on the main grid toolbar, click Add Approver .
  6. In the Add Approver dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the approver that you want to add, and enter a comment.
  7. To increase the existing approver's priority by one, select the Increase Existing Approver's Priority by 1 check box.
  8. Click OK.
