Use the Creditor Invoice Approval submodule to add approvers to creditor invoices.
To use the Creditor Invoice Approval submodule, you must have access to
Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To add an approver to a creditor invoice:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.

In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click

Highlight the creditor invoice that you want to add an approver to.

On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click
Approvers
.

On the toolbar of the bottom grid, click
Add approver
.
Alternatively, on the main grid toolbar, click
Add approver
.

In the Add Approver dialog box, use the drop-down list, select the approver that you want to add and enter a comment.

If you want to increase the existing approvers priority by one, select the
Increase existing approvers priority by 1 check box.

Click
OK.
