Open Resource Card of Account Managers of Jobs with Missing Dimension Values

Use Job with Missing Dimension Values in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource card of the Account Managers of jobs that have missing dimension values.

To use Jobs with Missing Dimension Values, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Account Manager of a job that has missing dimension values:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Jobs with Missing Dimension Values.
3. Highlight the job that has missing dimension values of the Account Manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Account Manager field.
   WorkBook opens the Account Manager's resource card.
5. Click Close .
