System Variable 985: Allow Advanced Users to Change Billable Setting on Jobs

Use this System Variable to determine if Advanced Users should be allowed to change the billable setting on jobs.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, Advanced Users can change the billable setting on a job. They can do this by selecting or clearing the Billable checkbox in Jobs > Job Properties Sidebar > Basic Job Settings. If it is not enabled, the Advanced User will be prompted with the following error message:

Billable setting can only be changed by a local system administrator.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
