Add Resources to Assigned Job Teams

Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to add resources to assigned job teams of selected jobs.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a resource to an assigned job team:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company to which you want to add a job team resource.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. Highlight the job of the assigned job team that you want to add a resource to and on the grid toolbar, click Job settings .
  5. Click the Job Team tab and click Open Resource Footer .
  6. In the Resource footer, highlight the resource that you want to add to the job team and click Add resource .
    Alternatively, highlight or hover over the resource you want to add to the job team and click Add Resource to Team .
