Use
Ticket Quick Create in the
Ticket Setup submodule in the
Settings module to delete quick ticket templates.
To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To delete a quick ticket template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a quick ticket template.

In the left pane of the Settings page, click
.

Highlight the quick ticket template that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click
Delete Row
.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the ticket quick create template immediately.
