Remove Scrum Sprints

Use the Scrum Sprints submodule to remove scrum sprints.

To use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a scrum sprint:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a scrum sprint.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Projects & Jobs > Scrum Sprints.
  4. Click the Scrum Sprints tab.
  5. Highlight the scrum sprint that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the Selected Scrum Sprint .
    WorkBook removes the scrum sprint immediately if it has no active tasks.
    Note: If a sprint that you are trying to remove has any active tasks, WorkBook displays the Delete <task name> dialog box.
    1. In the Move Tasks to Sprint field, leave the default value Unassign Tasks selected, or use the drop-down list to select a sprint to which WorkBook should move the tasks.
    2. In the New Task Progress Status field, leave the default value Keep Current Task Progress selected, or use the drop-down list to select another task progress status to assign to the tasks.
    3. Click OK.
