Use System Variable 938: Notify Specific Users When a New Job is Created to determine the users who should be notified when a new job is created.

This System Variable allows you to identify users that you want to be notified when a new job is created. In the setting field, you can enter the WorkBook initials of the users that you want to be notified and use a semicolon to separate each set of initials. For example:

ILLY;GB;CD

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
