Remove Custom Code References from Google Imports

Use Google Adwords Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to remove custom code references from Google imports.

To use Google Adwords Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a custom code reference from a Google import:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company from which you want to remove a custom code reference from Google imports.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Import, & Maintenance > Google Adwords Import.
  4. Highlight the record from which you want to remove a custom code reference, and on the grid toolbar, click .
  5. In the right pane, highlight the custom code reference that you want to remove and click Remove Custom Code Reference .
    Note: You can use this to remove custom code references from import data on all tabs. There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the custom code reference immediately.
