Rescan Bing Imports

Use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to rescan Bing imports.

To use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To rescan Bing imports:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to rescan Bing imports.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Import, & Maintenance > Bing Import.
  4. Click the Under Preparation tab.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Rescan Bing Import.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
