Create Details for List Attributes

Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to create details for list attributes.

To use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a detail for a list attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create details for a list attribute.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  4. Highlight the list attribute for which you want to create a detail, and on the grid toolbar, click .
  5. On the toolbar of the Detail pane, click Add New Row .
  6. To edit the Detail Number and Detail Name fields, double-click on the corresponding field.
