Duplicate Price Lists

Use the List tab under the Price Lists submodule to duplicate price lists.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To duplicate a price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price list that you want to duplicate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the List tab and click Duplicate selected price list .
5. IIn the Duplicate Price List dialog box, enter a new name and use the drop-down list to select the base currency.
   Note: You may also choose to copy the client settings to the duplicate price list.
6. Click OK.
7. You can edit the Name and Description fields by double-clicking on them.
