Enable Resources

Use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to enable selected resources.

To use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the resource that you want to enable.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
4. Highlight the resource that you want to enable, and on the grid toolbar, click and select Enable / Disable Selected Resource.
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
