Search for Quick Ticket Templates

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to search for quick ticket templates.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the quick ticket template for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword that is associated with the quick ticket template.
