Enable Active Status of Location Addresses

Use the Mileage Locations submodule to enable the active status of location addresses.

To use the Mileage Locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a location address:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the location address that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Mileage Locations.
4. Click the Location Address Setup tab.
5. Highlight the location that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
