Edit a Task Check List Template
Use the Tasks submodule to edit task check list templates.
To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To edit a task check list template:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.
- In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task check list template that you want to edit.
- In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
- On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.

In the grid, highlight the task whose check list template you want to edit and click
Task Settings
on the tab toolbar.
- On the Task card, click the Checklist side toolbar, and click the tab of the check list template that you want to edit.
- Click .
- In the Checklist Templates Setup dialog box, use the buttons on the Template tab to make the necessary changes and click Close.
