Block Price Lists

Use the List tab under the Price Lists submodule to block price lists.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To block a price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price list that you want to block
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the List tab.
5. Highlight the price list that you want to block and select the Blocked check box.
   Note: You can only block a price list that is not being used in an active job.
