System Variable 615: Allow User to Change Job Status to: 1 or 2 When No Description Has Been Created

Use this System Variable 615 to determine if changing the status of a job to 1 - In Process or 2 - On Hold is possible if there is no description created.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, a user can set a job's status to either 1 - In Process or 2 - On Hold even though there is no job description entered in Jobs > Description.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
