System Variable Grouping: Job Triggers

Use the System Variables in this grouping to control the settings that affect how job triggers are handled in WorkBook.

Using these System Variables, you can control if the status of jobs should be set to Ready for Invoicing when the last task is completed, if it is possible to change the status of jobs to In Process or On Hold even if there are no tasks created, if the job description data should be added to the job upon creation, and so on.
