Convert Conversation to Task or Ticket Dialog Box
Use this information to specify the details of your task or ticket.
Field / Option | Description |

Task Name | Specify the task name. |
Job | Select the job to associate with the task. |
Task Deadline | Select a deadline for the task. |
Priority | Select a priority. |
Add Subscribed Employees to Task | Select this option to add currently subscribed employees to the task. |
Create as Ticket | Select this option to create the conversation as a ticket. |
