Open Job Cards of Mileage Entries

Use Mileage Entry Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to open the job card of mileage entries.

To use Mileage Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the job card of a mileage entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Mileage Entry Approval.
3. Highlight or hover over the mileage entry whose job card you want to open and click Open Job Card .
