Add New Post Codes

Use the Country and Postal Codes submodule to add new post codes.

To use the Country and Postal Codes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new post code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new post code.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Country and Postal Codes.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the country that you want to add a post code to and click Add .
5. In the Add New Postal Code dialog box, enter the postal code, city name, and street name that you want to add and click OK.
