Add New Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to add new pipeline lost reasons.

To use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new pipeline lost reason.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Lost Reason .
  5. In the Enter a Value dialog box, indicate the lost reason and click OK.
