Display Revision Histories of Quick Ticket Template Briefings

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to display the revision history of a quick ticket template briefing.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the revision history of a quick ticket template briefing:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the quick ticket template briefing for which you want to display the revision history.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template that has the briefing whose revision history you want to display, and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Edit the Briefing and click Revisions to display the briefing's revision history.
    Alternatively, click Show the Briefing Revisions .
  6. To hide the revision history, click Revisions and Edit the Briefing again.
    Alternatively, click Show the Briefing Revisions again.
