Search for Job Conversations

Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to search for conversations in selected jobs.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a job conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job conversation that you are looking for.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. Highlight the job of the conversation that you are looking for and on the grid toolbar, click Job settings .
  5. Click the Chat tab and on the toolbar of the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the applicable category of the conversation that you are looking for.
  6. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the job conversation.
