Delete Members from Teams

Use Teams in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to delete members from selected teams.

To use Teams in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights submodule Settings.

To delete a member from a team:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the team from which you want to delete a member.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Teams.
  4. Click the Team Basic Settings tab and highlight the team that has the member that you want to delete.
  5. In the bottom grid, highlight the team member that you want to delete, and click Delete Member from Team .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the member immediately.
