Approve All Time Entries of Selected Employees

Use Time Entry Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to approve all of the time entries of selected employees.

To use Time Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To approve all time entries of a selected employee:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Time Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight one of the time entries of the employee whose time entries you want to approve.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Approve All Entries for Selected Resource .
