System Variable 947: Mileage Voucher. User-Defined Comment Text
Use System Variable 947: Mileage Voucher. User-Defined Comment Text to define the structure of the mileage entry description.
For example, if you enter the following parameters for System Variable 947:
Mileage: <StartLocation> <-> <EndLocation> / <TripDate>
WorkBook will display the mileage entry in this format:
Mileage: Company <-> Client / 01/01/2020
You can use the following parameters:
<StartLocation>
- This is the resource selected as the starting location for the mileage entry.<EndLocation>
- This is the resource selected as the end location/destination for the mileage entry.<OneWayTwoWay>
- Use this parameter to indicate if it is a one-way or two-way entry. A one-way entry shows "a ->," while a two-way entry shows "a <->."<Distance>
- This is the distance covered by the mileage entry.<DistanceUnit>
- This is the unit used for the distance, either kilometers or miles.<TripDate>
- This is the date of the mileage entry. The date is shown as month, date, year, and time.<Comment>
- This is the comment made by the user who submitted the mileage entry.
