Reject Resources Under Preparation

Use Resources Under Preparation in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to reject resources that are under preparation.

To use Resources Under Preparation, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject a resource that is under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Resources Under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 20 - Awaiting Approval .
4. Highlight the resource that is under preparation that you want to reject and click Reject Record(s) .
   Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject field.
5. In the Reject Resource dialog box, enter a rejection comment.
6. Click OK.
