Toggle Approver Details

Use the HMRC VAT Return Approval submodule to view approver information such as the approver name, role, priority, approve date, and approver name.

To use HMRC VAT Return Approval, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To toggle approver details:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company that contains the information that you want to view.
3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > HMRC VAT Return Approval.
4. Select a record and click Toggle approver details from the toolbar.
   WorkBook displays the approver details.
