Delete Files from Receipt Archive for Personal Expense Records

Use the Personal Expense Approval submodule to delete files from the receipt archive for personal expense records.

To use Personal Expense Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a file from the receipt archive for personal expense records:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Personal Expense Approval.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Details Sidebar .
  4. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Receipt.
    Alternatively, on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Details.
  5. Click Receipt Archive .
  6. In the Receipt Archive dialog box, hover over the file that you want to preview and click Delete .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the file at once.
  7. Click Close .
