Delete Job Templates

Use the Job Templates submodule to delete job templates.

To use Job Templates in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a job template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a job template.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Job Templates.
4. Highlight the job template that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete selected template .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the job template at once.
