Delete Pipeline Competitors

Use Pipeline Competitor in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to delete pipeline competitors.

To use Pipeline Competitor in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a pipeline competitor:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a pipeline competitor.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Competitor.
4. Highlight the pipeline competitor that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Competitor .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the pipeline competitor immediately.
