Hide Sources with Custom Translations

Use Custom Translation in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to hide sources that have custom translations from the Custom Translation page.

To use Custom Translation in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide sources that have custom translations:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the custom translations that you want to hide from the Custom Translation page.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Custom Translation.
  4. On the grid toolbar, select the Null check box.
  5. To display the sources that have custom translations again, deselect the Null check box.
