System Variable 481: Customer FTP Folder Root Address

Use this System Variable to specify the location of the customers' file transfer protocol (FTP) root folder. This is the default folder that customers have access to.

Enter the default location of the customer's root folder on the FTP server, such as /ftproot.

This System Variable is blank by default.
