Enable Details of List Attributes
Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to enable details of list attributes.
To use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable a detail of a list attribute:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the list attribute detail that you want to enable.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

Highlight the list attribute that has the detail that you want to enable, and on the grid toolbar, click
.
- In the Detail pane, highlight the detail that you want to enable, and select the Enabled check box.
- To disable the detail, deselect the Enabled check box.
